Westchester Community Opportunity Program, WestCOP is a private, not-for-profit, multi-purpose social services organization, having proudly operated community programs combating poverty & its adverse effects in the Hudson Valley for over 50 years.

 WestCOP requires the following information: Photo identification on all household members 18 years of age or older, birth certificate(s) for minors & proof of Income for all household members 18 years of age or older.
