CAP Sonoma is the administrator of the Season of Sharing/Financial Support Program and will offer application assistance for Santa Rosa residents only. If you meet the program requirements, and you are a Santa Rosa resident, you can apply, but if you are not a Santa Rosa resident, all applications must be submitted by a caseworker from a partnering agency.
