Welcome to the EOA of Washington County Client Kiosk for assistance with your Electricity Bill. You DO NOT need to schedule an in-person appointment, if you choose to use this convenient online application process. Watch your email for updates about the status of your application.
To avoid delays in processing your online application, ALL documents listed below must be uploaded:
1) The EOA Energy Assistance Program Application (available for download in the kiosk), 2) Social security cards for all adult members of your household, 3) The Applicant's photo ID, 4) Electric and gas/propane bill, 4) Proof of household income for the previous calendar month (paystubs, social security, ssi, ssdi, va, child support, etc.). Note: Paystubs must have pay dates or check dates in the previous month, not the current month.
Kiosk entries with missing documentation cannot be processed. If you would prefer to come into the office and bring your documents, please do not use the client kiosk. Instead, call 479-872-7479 and make an appointment.
LIHEAP is a federally funded program. Please do not falsify or omit information on your application. Providing false or fraudulent information could lead to criminal prosecution and repayment of any assistance received. DO NOT SUBMIT A ZERO INCOME FORM, IF YOU OR SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAD INCOME IN THE PREVIOUS MONTH.
